My work centres on supporting people through periods of profound change, uncertainty and loss. I offer a calm, attentive presence to those facing the end of life, navigating pregnancy loss, or living with grief.
I came to this work through a combination of professional experience and personal encounters with illness and bereavement. Over the years, I have worked across healthcare and wellbeing settings, developing an approach that values careful listening, sensitivity and meeting each person as they are.
There is no single right way to move through loss. Some people need practical guidance, others need space to talk, reflect or simply be accompanied. My role is to respond to what feels most helpful in the moment, without judgement or expectation.
I work with individuals and families, as well as within wider community settings, and I am particularly interested in creating more openness around subjects that are often difficult to speak about.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that difficult experiences do not need to be hurried or tidied away. They can be approached with honesty, care and gentleness, with room for whatever arises.
